My-Hieu Thi Le (Su Co Thich Nu Lien Anh) is a Buddhist nun, spiritual teacher, and mental health counselor who offers a compassionate, culturally grounded approach to healing and transformation.

My-Hieu Thi Le, MA, LPCC

(Su Co Lien Anh)

Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate | Monastic Buddhist Practitioner

Xin chào. If you are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or low self-esteem, you do not have to navigate these difficulties alone. If you seek a therapist who understands the Vietnamese immigrant or second-generation experience, or simply need a safe and supportive environment for healing, I am here to support you.

As a mental health counselor, I use a caring and culturally aware approach based on proven methods. My training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University shapes my work. I combine mindfulness practices with Western psychology to help you find more emotional balance, clarity, and resilience.

To support individuals, couples, and families, I have completed advanced clinical training. I use EMDR therapy for trauma, Couples Therapy to help relationships, and Play Therapy to support children. My background as a Buddhist monastic in Vietnam and as a certified meditation instructor allows me to include mindfulness and body-based practices in our sessions. These tools help calm your nervous system and keep you present.

No matter where you are on your journey, I honor and deeply respect your unique story. We will explore your experiences together, gently uncovering the roots of your struggles and discovering your strengths. My commitment is to create a safe space where you feel truly seen and understood. Our sessions are shaped by your needs and always held with care for your history, family, and culture.

My hope is that you feel genuinely supported and understood as we work together. I strive to offer caring, culturally sensitive mental health support that blends modern psychology with the wisdom of everyday life. I am here to help you cultivate mindfulness, stability, and a sense of peace as you move forward.

Xin chào….!
