Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate | Founder | Monastic Teacher at InMind Bodhi
My-Hieu Thi Le (Su Co Thich Nu Lien Anh) is a Buddhist nun, spiritual teacher, and mental health counselor who offers a compassionate, culturally grounded approach to healing and transformation. With nearly twenty years of experience in mindfulness practice and meditation instruction, she supports individuals navigating life’s challenges with presence, warmth, and deep listening.
Clients working with Su Co Lien Anh find a welcoming space where emotional healing and spiritual growth are honored as interconnected. Rooted in The Vietnamese Buddhist Congregation (Đạo Phật Khất Sĩ Việt Nam) and informed by her clinical training in Contemplative Counseling from Naropa University, she integrates Buddhist contemplative practices with evidence-based counseling to guide individuals toward greater clarity, stability, and resilience.
Whether you are moving through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or spiritual uncertainty, her approach honors where you are at, reconnect with your inner strength, and explore the deeper meaning of your experiences. Her work is shaped by a commitment to cultural sensitivity, mindfulness, and the belief that healing unfolds most powerfully in a space of compassion and non-judgment.
Su Co Lien Anh offers individual counseling, meditation guidance, and Dharma-based support tailored to each client’s needs and interests. She also leads retreats and outdoor mindfulness activities that encourage connection to nature, community, and one's own heart.
Clients often describe her presence as grounding and gentle, and her sessions as a place to feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her counseling is guided by the values of individual and collective liberation, honoring each person’s dignity, complexity, and capacity for transformation.
Outside of session, she finds joy in meditation, traditional tea rituals, reading, and caring for animals. In her monastery in Vietnam, she once cared for nine dogs and one cat, who brought joy and warmth to her spiritual community.
Her mission is to offer care that bridges the timeless wisdom of the Dharma with the needs of modern life—helping individuals cultivate mindfulness, insight, and peace along their path.
Note: “Su Co” is the respectful title for a Buddhist nun in Vietnamese.
