InMind Bodhi envisions a world where all beings are seen, heard, and supported on their path of healing and awakening. We aspire to build a spiritual community where the wisdom of the Dharma, the compassion of mental health care, and the courage of collective liberation come together. Through the practice of mindfulness, stability, and clear seeing, we cultivate a more just, peaceful, and interconnected world.

Who are we?

Welcome to InMind Bodhi, a mindful community dedicated to walking the path that leads to the cessation of suffering. Guided by Su Co Lien Anh, we come together to study the Dharma, practice Vipassana meditation, and cultivate mindfulness in daily life—both in stillness and in reality. We also hold space to honor diversity, cultivate awareness around equity, and foster a truly inclusive environment where all are welcome. Whether you are seeking spiritual insight, emotional healing, or simply a space to breathe and reconnect, we are honored to practice with you. Welcome to the InMind Sangha—we’re so glad you’re here.

Mindfulness Day

Each month, we invite you to join us for a 2–3 hour mindful group hike through Boulder’s beautiful natural landscapes. With guided mindfulness practices woven into the walk, this is a chance to reconnect—with your breath, your body, the earth beneath your feet, and the community around you. Together, we’ll explore the healing power of presence and the deep sense of belonging that arises when we remember our place in nature. Come as you are—no experience needed, just a willingness to slow down and be.
